‘School Rules”-understand them, follow them, or get rid of them

School rules are like a lighthouse guiding us through our school days. Some rules shine brightly, helping us stay safe and supported. One seem too strict, like a fog blocking our way.

Imagine a school where everyone feels safe and supported. One rule I fully  support is the no-bullying policy.  It’s the backbone of a friendly environment. This rule helps us stand up for each other and make school a place where everyone feels welcome.

However, the rule about no phones at all during school hours feels too harsh. If what you’re looking for is a balance, banning phones completely, misses the mark. Phones can be a valuable tool for learning and staying connected with our families.

For those seeking structure, rules are essential. They set clear boundaries and elp us know what is expected. Without them school could be quickly turn into a chaotic place where learning is tough.

Quite frankly, while some rules are important and make perfect sense, others migh need to be adjested to be fairer. It’s all about finding the right balance, so we can all learn and grow in a positive environment. Let’s not forget, rules should help us, not hold us back. So what do you think? Are there any school rules you would change? Just think about it!
